By accessing or using the Club Royale online booking platform at book.palaisroyaleindia.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Club Royale.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an explicit confirmation email/SMS from us.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
• Bookings are non-transferable unless approved by management.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all guests listed on the booking comply with our amenity rules.

• 48+ hours before booking: Full refund.
• 24–48 hours before booking: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours: No refund.
• Refunds for online payments will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Club Royale reserves the right to cancel any booking due to amenity maintenance, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

• Guests must arrive on time. No extensions will be granted if you arrive late.
• Appropriate sports attire and footwear must be worn at all times in the amenity.
• Smoking, alcohol, and outside food (unless pre-approved) are strictly prohibited inside the amenity.
• Any damage caused to amenity equipment or property will be charged to the booking party.
• Club Royale is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your visit.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Club Royale reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content on this platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Club Royale and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without prior written permission.

Club Royale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the amenity or this platform. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
